Well assume I do and that was my response. I’m sure thats not all it takes to convince someone a conspiracy isn’t true.

How do conspiracy folk answer that counterpoint?

I think the reasons people move to cities in the US might not be the same as in the EU. Arguably quality of life peaks, in the US, in the surrounding suburbs of major cities. The closer you get to downtown the more expensive and the more difficult it is to do things.

In Europe I get the impression moving to larger cities actually does improve a lot of aspects of life on an individual basis.

For example, we have considered moving to New York or Chicago but what stops us is the amount of money needed and how difficult it can be just to keep up with a regular life in a city that dense and hostile.

I guess they are a single issue resident.

Why is it when someone says “many reasons” it usually means “I can’t think of a specific reason, but I’m sure there are bunches of them”.

That doesnt work in the long term unless you kill everyone that knows about it. Its a weak plan at best.

I setup popos and EndeavourOS recently, very easy to install. Learning them was about equal IMO, they have different ways of doing things. I liked PopOS initially because its supported by a company that has financial incentive to make sure it runs reliably.

Normally cases and screen protectors aren’t worth it but I have to say depending on the phone, adding some sort of ridge to the border of the screen can essentially keep it from cracking in almost all scenarios.

I do see a lot of worthless cases and wasted money though for sure.
