I do notice she digs a lot (its unnecessaey cuz automatic litter box but i get that doesnt necessarily affect cat instincts lol) and she often starts a fit either in or shortly after exiting.

Not that I know of. I do notice it increases when they are (inadvertantly, some days I’m not on top of taking it away after adequate feedig time) allowed to free feed but I am going to work harder to make sure I dont.
But it also seems like there’s always been this thing where if I randomly starting petting her that it would trigger it. I think its almost starting to make me superstitious out of trauma
