People do that? That is insanely sad and nonempatheic.
In my experience Fedora with GNOME is really use friendly and intuitive to use, and I’ve never borked it when not using the terminal. It also has a lot of extensions you can install to customise the experience, and almost everything can be done via a GUI.
I guess I’ll have to figure that out if I want to get a new game to run, then, but all my current games are working.
I did actually try all those other commands, and they didn’t work, that was when I discovered that I didn’t have prime-run installed and didn’t need it. If this command works, I’m not going to mess with it, lol.

Thanks so much! That page enabled me to try the launch command DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME=“NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU” %command% which fixed it!

Not all games work without DRM, but some do, for example you can find your Stardew Valley files and just copy the folder onto anywhere else, and run the executable from another device, and it just works.
