I use it to fund the in-app purchases for some games I play. For SuperCell games, I won’t give them a dime of my real money, but I’ll definitely use Google’s.

No, its you!
Sorry, figured it would be an easy shorthand. But with so many different distros out there, I can see how that could be seen as just another one of those. I’ll keep that in mind in the future.
Lol, I AM using Linux for the first time. But yea, I’m trying to use the most user-friendly things to accomplish what I want to do. Thanks anyway for trying. :)

I was following this walk-through (https://lemmy.world/post/6542543) for getting Docker and all its container apps set up, so that’s why I went with Ubi Server. I downloaded 24.04 as its the latest version. Would Mint be able to substitute Server for those things?
My Daily Driver has Mint on it and its working just fine. If I can use Mint instead of Server, that’d make things so much easier.
When I try [sudo nmtui] it gives me "Command nmtui not found, but can be installed with: [sudo apt install network-manager].
Which circles me back to my original problem where I don’t have network connectivity.
Actually, reading through some of the other comments, someone mentioned an OpenBoard fork with swipe functionality and it’s actually working very well! Typing is responsive, prediction gets most of my words on the first go, and the backspace deletes the word instead of single letters (which is a preference I like).
Although Swype has been dead for quite a while now, that keyboard has been the best for swipe texting I’ve ever found. I tried Gboard, sucks. OpenBoard doesn’t have swipe functionality (that I’ve found), and am using AnySoft right now, with minimal success. I have to keep backspacing to retype words, or manually type them, sometimes my swipes don’t register into words, its just really annoying.
I wish someone would rebuild Swype so i could go back to it.
Edit: someone mentioned an OpenBoard fork that enables swipe texting and it’s great! So, if you’re looking for swipe, that’s my reco
Same thing happens to me. My default setting is for Sync to open to my subbed instances, but when it opens to that, it says there are no posts. But if I go to any of those specific instances, all posts show up.
I’ve checked my settings numerous times. Nothing that filters, blocks, or even blurs NSFW content is enabled. I have no idea what’s the issue.
Longer as in, more questions.
Anecdotally, I’ve noticed if you choose a “wrong” answer on some questions, it’ll stop the survey and just pay you whatever rate per question answered.
It seems the first question is usually a litmus test to see if you’re answering reasonably truthfully or not, such as “Which of these did you most recently visit?” with some answers being bogus names or businesses not located around you, and one correct answer based on location data Google already has.
