Can she afford a couch after paying her rent? I’m in the same situation right now, in a new apartment. My last paycheck of the year is sitting in my bank account, ready to be swallowed up entirely by my rent payment on January 1st.
I hope to get a couch some time, but right now my TV (which I already had before the move) is facing both my bed (donated by my parents, who also moved) and my kitchen table (which came with the apartment)… because yay studio apartments.
That’s still more space than I used to have.
Also, why doesn’t she have a couch for the TV? Why is her dinner table focused on the TV instead?
