They don’t but there is obviously another agency with that purpose, feel free to substitute.
I’m not from the UK and I still remember that the logo uses a different font than Arial. They don’t own the concept of light blue rectangles with italics sans-serif text.
This could barely even be considered something resembling cat ears, this needs to change.
