But at conception aren’t all fetuses female? Isn’t it a few weeks in or more that some become male? That’s at least partly why females have clitorises and males have nipples…

Why didn’t they say egg and sperm lol

“On” means a circuit belonging, at time of observation, to the larger number.

“Off” means a circuit belonging, at time of observations, to the nothing number.

These people are on a hilariously dumb level of evil. They can’t be for real with this.

I would think “if you have a Y chromosome, you’re male” would be a better definition to fit what they’re trying to do

Chromosomes are almost never tested at birth, and so 99% of people walking around don’t actually know what chromosomes they have. Enforcing any law based on chromosomes for purposes like this would be nearly impossible.

the thing is that there is no good hard definition of sexes, the best you can do is just go “they fill the general role of male” but guess what! that includes trans people :))

There’s like a not insignificant 1% of people who are intersex where looking at chromosomes can get tricky.

    CIS MEN.

I HAVE LITERALLY NEVER HAD A TRANS WOMAN MAKE ME FEEL UNSAFE IN THERE. BUT I HAVE HAD CIS MEN FOLLOW ME IN AND ATTEMPT ASSAULT.

MEN DON’T NEED TO GO THROUGH THE CONVOLUTED STEPS OF TRANSITIONING TO GAIN ACCESS TO WOMEN’S BATHROOMS, YOU FUCKING IDIOTS

    MAYBE ADDRESS THAT FIRST? NO???

    HOLY FUCKING SHIT

They believe that anyone can claim they’re a woman now and that’s it. And once it’s done they can just walk into women’s bathrooms. They’re just telling on themselves, projecting on trans people. They’re just sex obsessed freaks, all of them.

We just had a Nazi change her legal status to woman probably to fuck with the system and try to get into a women’s prison. Now she will probably be send to a male prison and referred to as a woman.

I’ve said that if I was wealthy, I would force legislation that was trans friendly by (as a cis woman) going into women’s bathrooms in Congress, standing on toilets, and staring at women.

Women’s bathrooms don’t have urinals! There’s no reason for anyone to be afraid of anyone seeing anything in there, unless they stand on toilets, and Im fully of the opinion that the gender of the person doing that has nothing to do with how creepy it is!!

Maybe if you’re actually worried, all bathrooms should be, I dunno, gender neutral with full doors that close all the way? For maximum safety?

And I believe nothing can get that point across quite like demonstrating that I, as an almost middle aged, fat woman who looks like I could safely run for a Rwpublican seat, standing on toilets and staring at people.

Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

I’m kind of worried about your safety now, since public restrooms don’t generally have toilet lids. Perhaps bring a stool to safely appear to be standing on the toilet.

They made a bathroom at my university that’s gender neutral with stalls that are fully ceiling to floor with no gaps in the door.

Since there is insufficient cell differentiation at conception to produce any reproductive cells, does that mean that according to the white house, all people are legally non-binary now?

I’m no biologist, but I’m pretty sure nobody produces gametes at conception. If you want to be pedantic, oocytes form before birth, but actual sperm and eggs don’t show up till puberty (feel free to correct me).

Now, I would LOVE if we don’t assign gender till puberty, but I still don’t like the method.

i’ve always thought the egg cells were produced before birth and at puberty they just start being released

and i agree about not assigning gender until puberty. kids before puberty barely even show any sexual dimorphism anyway. though i have to say there would need to be A LOT of educating people about sex and gender before we get there

It’s the gamete crowd, but adapted for the crowd that can’t spell “gamete”.
