I mean a 2 second google search lead me to finding out that no trans woman has won an Olympic medal in the women’s category. The closest thing has been Canadian soccer player Quinn, who won as part of the team, rather than solo.

Research on this topic has definitively shown that trans athletes do worse in female sports than cis athletes. So. Kind of a close question.
