I’ve just been through the far-too-many Lemmy apps I have installed, to see whether any support peeking/hold to preview, like Sync does. Is it the only one?

The feature? Maybe, but it was Joey on Android that got me hooked on it.
Joey was great too, because if I recall correctly you could peak any image. Even if it was an article it would let you peak the preview image. Some apps with peak only let you do it if it was an image post.
